Having my once rural neighborhood invaded by suburban sprawl, it astounds me what some folks will toss away. In the last few months, we have salvaged a 2 year old snow blower that wouldn’t start and a practically new lawn mower. The problem with the snow blower was that someone had closed the petcock shutting off fuel flow and the lawn mower wouldn’t cut cleanly. A quick sharpen of the blades on the grinder and it’s cutting like new again.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

This is why I generally don't talk to "fellow shooters" and just go about taking pictures.

It's their money and their brains...

This makes me happy, I always love seeing terrible photographers with expensive gear. Makes it cheaper for the rest of us and less competition :)

haha agreed

You should have pointed them in the direction of POTN - imagine how much more cash they'd spend after a few days cruising the lens forum and the camera body forum?

we should be happy that there are people like that out there. cause if people like that don't by things then the price that we all pay for things we know how to use would twice than what they are.

if they can't figure out how to use something properly then that's there problem.

But, lets look on the bright side if the wife doesn't kill the kit at some point they may sell it off and maybe a real shooter can benefit.. just a thought..

I know I wouldn't want it...
