I've lost the instruction sheet that cane with the above lens and, since I'm selling it, I want to download a copy for the purchaser. I haven't been able to find it on the "Net anywhere so if anyone knows a link to it I'd be grateful. Specifically, unlocking the lens when it's been in Macro mode has always been a bit hit and miss. We hardly used macro so it wasn't an issue for us but the new purchaser might be different - I don't want him buying the lens and maybe damaging it by trying to force it which I recall the instructions saying was a possibility.

If anyone can help that would be great,

Hal55

I still have mine I think, at least I should do.

If I remember rightly there isn't a lot to it, and I can't see it being much help.
If your not in a hurry I could scan it for you. But it won't be till next week till I can dig it out.

I know what you mean about the hit and miss when changing from normal to macro and back again.
I usually point the lens at something a long way away and refocus it, the change it, as it won't change if its still focused in the macro range.
The other option is just to use manual focus and set it all the back towards infinity before swtiching it.

Thanks for the responses - that answers the problem and I'll let the purchaser know,

Thanks again,

Or turn it to manual focus and do it that way.
