Hi guys I am new.

Anyways, I just got my 50mm 1.2 l lens, so I am still learning how to shoot with it.
The lens is much harder to use than my 24-70 2.8 while that one never misses focus and is razor sharp I do sometimes get soft and out of focus pictures with the 50mm 1.2 L lens.

Here are some shots I took with this lens:

Grrrrrr, this thread needs to disappear so I am not tempted anymore lol. Thinking about selling the 85/1.8 and saving up a wee bit more and picking up one from KEH or if I can find one on CL...

Gonna try and pick this up while B&H still has their rebate on it. I need something in between 85 and 35 to be honest so this should fit the bill nicely

After using the lens for more than two weeks I noticed that in some occasions it will pretty much always miss focus.

For example when I am trying to take a portrait shot and am using the outer focus points. Or if I use the zoning auto focus.
Also in low light this lens hunts a lot, maybe more than my 24-70 2.8 L

anyone else got similar issues?
