You guys have been posting some great work as of late!

The 50L is the only AF prime I held onto. I let go of the rest for Zeiss lenses. I love this thing!

Love this lens. There is one used for 1300 on amazon with 7 months warranty left, it also has a UV filter. Do you guys think thats a good deal?

yeah, but you have to pay sales tax with Canon, which makes it not as much of a good deal. :cry:

Just got my 50L :D Here is one from my first play session (wide open)

There is SICKENING focus shift at f/4+... guess i'll just shoot at 1.2 from here on out ;] what a shame. Side note for all perspective buyers though, the focus shift is bad and this is still my favorite lens (even over my 85/1.2) I think that says a lot. You wont regret the buy.

the 50L definitely has the capabilities to make you its b**ch, but it's a heck of a lens once the tables are turned :lol:
