Kite Looking at the camera, for a change

This kite was looking in my direction, which makes a nice change, when photographing them.

20D with 1900-400 IS Lens, handheld.

Exposure Time = 1/1000"
F Number = F8
Exposure Program = Shutter priority
ISO Speed Ratings = 400
Exposure Bias Value = -0.67EV
Focal Length = 275mm

Thanks chaps. The bird was flying quite low, probably around 50-60ft, or so.

It's actually quite the opposite... if he was "looking at you", then he wasn't "looking at you". They look outward at 45 degrees during flight.

Great capture! Maybe you should take up Hawk Portraiture. :lol:
