Are there any Printroom Pro users out there?

I'd love to hear some feedback about the service and also see some examples of your websites.

So far I have had good service. They have real people yo can call or email and when a customer has a problem they can talk to someone. I had a customer ask me for the image directly after she had ordered it. She called and they refunded her money. They also say they will refund a customers money if they are not happy. Uploading is easy and their software automatically thumbnails the images. When you get an order they email you for the large file. The down side is they seem a bit expensive for prints. Once you tack on their cut and fees plus profit for you it seems a bit high depending on the venue. They send you a check every month with your cut. I don't like that they have the prices posted next to the pictures so if I want to use it as a gallery it is not very pretty IMO.
