The first one looks like a Brownheaded Cowbird

Not sure on the second

The first is a Great-tailed grackle. Number two is a female brown headed cow bird.

I'm not great at the ID, but I love the detail on the inflight of what I would guess to be a grackle...

I have to agree the first one is a Grackel. And the second does look like a female cowbird. Here's some closeup poses of both the male and female cowbirds, maybe that will help.
