I want to do all my sharpening in CS2. Is there a way to turn off the sharpening in LR altogether (as there is in ACR), so I don't have to manually do it each time??

Grizz Cream of the Crop More info | In the import photos options box you can apply a develop preset, just create one with the sharpening set to 0 and apply that preset when you import. Grizz Cream of the Crop More info | Nope. LR sharpening is pretty bad I round trip to PS for sharpening and noise reduction. I have herad the LR adobe will address this problem in a future LR update. I always export to PS for resizing, NR and USM. Sharpening is the last thing I do before I save the image for output. ~Spaceships Don't Come Equipped With Rear View Mirrors~

I agree and it's really no different than what you have to do with Bridge and PS. Rick

But don't like having to tune sharpening off in LR on every photo.. So I have tried to build a develop preset to be done during import. Jim
