I want to see the clouds.

I want to see how my monitor profile compares to sRGB, how big it is.

I want to see if I my monitor can actually display all of the gamut of my printer.

When I'm working with an image, I want to see how much of the profile I am using at any given time.

Photoshop doesn't seem to have anything even remotely resembling what I'm trying to accomplish. Is there anything besides colorthink that allows me to do this?

Without seeing what you're actually doing, there isn't much point in calibrating your monitor.

Check out the MS Color Control Panel Applet:

which is a very nice little tool if you are interested in seeing a 3d rotatable graphic display of editing, monitor and printing color space gamuts (unfortunately it doesn't display camera or scanner gamuts). You can also compare two gamuts with it.
