Hi
I use Spider to calibrate my LCD monitor. When editing photo from my 30D in PS2 , should I use the profile of my monitor created by Spider for Color Setting in PS2? .

NO.

Set it Adobe RGB if you Make your own prints.

Or you can set it to sRGB if you Send them out to a print lab or only use them for Web/Monitor display.
