Sigma 70-200 first shots

Broke down and bought the Sigma 70-200 lens. This is my first time trying it out. I really like the lens so far and it has enabled me to shoot in much less light. This was taken last night in Pago Pago. I only wish her eyes were open. C&C welcome.

One more hand held. It is hard to get the fire dancer's in focus when using a slow shutter speed

Nice shots. I love the 70-200 also. Great for low light

We have our annual fireknife event here on May 4-5 and this was my first time to try and photograph this. Much more difficult then I thought. Also had the girls performining more traditional Hula and dance which was great. highly recommend Fia Fia night at Sadies by the Sea if you come to American Samoa.

think I will put the camera on a tripod for the fireknife dancing coming up. Any other suggestions appreciated for this annual event.
