Hi,
I tried my 100MM f/2.8 EF Macro out this weekend on some local flower beds.
Here are a couple I really liked. The 100MM Macro is an amazing lens.
Enjoy,

I can't grow either of those, cause the deer eat them for breakfast, or as an appetizer, or even dessert... John Stoy

Thanks...I found that flower bed at a gas station of all places...albeit an award winning gas station...they blend into the environment well in all seasons. These are right out of the camera with no PPing. I'll have a go at them tonight to see what happens...you are correct about the tripod...100MM on a crop camera close up is tough hand held.
