Has anyone been to a Adobe Photoshop workshop for photographers? Are they useful? I am fairly advanced already and was wondering if it would be benifical. Thanks.

It's hard to say whether or not you would receive any benefit from such a seminar.

I consider myself an intermediate photoshop user. The seminar I attended proved more useful than I expected it to even though I thought less was covered than could have been.

I learned more about how to use curves than I thought was possible and found it amazing as to how many different things you could actually do with curves. Bottom line..., if you're self taught from books you would most likely benefit from a quality seminar.

If your specialty in ps is graphic arts then a seminar in photoshop for photographers would probably be beneficial.

If you're "fairly advanced already" in post-processing digital photographic images then I would say pick your seminar carefully to ensure you see some potential gain by attending.
