Wood Ducks on the river

On the San Joaquin and Kings Rivers of the central San Joaquin Valley, we have a nice resident population of Woodies.....some are starting new families (no shots of babies, yet). Here's a few recent pictures of some of the ones in my area.

all good Mike I liked the wing shot too. Little guys should pop out in May. Fun to watch them turn into big wood ducks through the Summer.
