The last shot appears a bit over sharpened as I can see a light halo around the subject. Did you crop to get this image on # 5 ? Canon 7D MK II, 6D. Canon 500 L, 100-400 II, 24-105, Sigma 150 Macro.

I recropped from the original (above) without furture editing. It looks better (no halo). #2,3 and 4 are a bit soft I agree. This is when I wish I had IS on my 70-200 f/4. combination of camera shake (at 200mm) and moving target -C
