Hi
This was taken at Ft. DeSoto, Fla. ISO 100, 1/500's at f/5.6. I am guessing that this is a Reddish Egret during it's white phase. It did it's little dance to catch a meal. If I'm mistaken, please correct as I am trying to learn my birds!

ID is right, but I wouldn't say "during" its white phase...the white phase stays white its whole life.
