I thought the original thread was going to be sensitive -theme about mods- but I was too naive to expect someone just looking to engage (or try) on an argument with the only purpose to lash out at the Moderators. And it should be no coincidence that Mrs. Moderator was the target, I do not know the banned individual, but I would venture guess he would be smart enough not to tangle with Belmondo and his scary avatar, or Skip 'The Helmet man' Souza.

Maureen, You are one of my silent mentors in this forum. Let the fools go buy Nokin gear and join their site (I hear they are giving out free glue sniffing kits, at their forum) and thanks for banning that type of character from the site.

( Belmondo, I am headed to Disneyland for a week, I am dreading it, but perhaps with the Camera it might be fun. It will also be my 5 y/old's first time down there, so I am sure there will be some running around from ride to ride).

I'm a bit late in adding my good wishes ( on night duty and about to try catch a few Z's ) but I too would like to express admiration and good wishes in equal measure to Lady Mo - I couldn't believe what happened, but I was also very impressed by the professional way your team bundled that fool off with a minimum of fuss and a maximum of efficiency.

I hope his frustration is eating a big hole in his soul right now.

People who start with "I don't mean to offend" and then offends one of the sweetest people on earth must not enjoy our forum.

The Mods here are really helpful and have responded to my questions and requests timely and usually being very sensible. I think sometimes decisions are made and not everyone will be happy about it, but no one is perfect.

Maureen, I can't believe you are working on your week off. You need to go out and shoot something. You are so talented.

Hey Markey, you have made me look to go back to the company of old friends like yourself, Condyke, little buddy unstoppable Jojo, Maria, Dr. Zuckerpferd, SteveD, EOS Al, Olligarchy, and many others.
Anyways, you are a great friend, and I hope some day we shall meet in person.

Between the two of us (if that's correct grammar) we will make that happen.

As to Maureen, that was one thread I wish I did miss.

It got me so upset I immediately sent Maureen a pm, along with one to CDS and Belmondo.

I don't know who the person was/is, but he deserved to be immediately banned. It was very tough for me to resist blasting him in the thread. As someone stated above, I too did not want to fan the conflagration.

I knew justice would take its course and it has.

It's really too bad because the thread started out with promise.

I don't want to get too mushy, but the MODS in this forum are truly gems. Not only are they very helpful when I have a question, but they do a great job keeping this place as friendly as it is.

MO power to 'em.

PS: Now if they could only deal with that cantankerous Malone dude.;) :p

The Malone dude isn't that big a problem. He's quite a lovable guy, when you get past the muscles and scary stare.
