Starling (Woo-Hoo)

Kind of a pretty bird even if it is the most despised. It was there so I took a shot.

Only a few years ago, they were saying that the Starling was endangered over here. Now that it's back up to strength, everybody hates it again lol!

Starlings are very pretty birds, but much despised here in North America (and even in their native land as I can see, Scott!) for their aggressive and competitive nature against our native cavity nesters.

Nice job Zip. I dont mind the starlings, actually, if you take the time to listen when they are in a talkative mood, they remind you of the parrots as far as the range of notes and tunes they carry.

I love the low-down approach, great shot. Yes they aren't the most revered of birds but they are still lovely creatures
