I have no idea either, however I follow a simple straightforward rule....if it walks like duck....if it talks like duck....if it tastes like duck when roasted and served with soya sauce...

That kinda situation caused me a certain amount of distress. Lo and behold, now I can see it. :eek: I do not think I am better off now.

Here is a couple of ducks from last winter so that you may see that I might have not lost my touch completely.
