Any comments welcome. I realise the back ground is 'busy', but what to do if the moment is there and the back ground set?;)

Other than the back ground, I think that it's a pretty good picture.

To me the background is dark and blurred enough to where it doesn't distract from the picture, good shot.

The background isn't ideal, this is true. But it's a fun shot of a fun moment of a fun kid, so who cares?

There's enough action with the kid and the water that the background doesn't take from the main focus. Good capture!
