Howdy folks,
First off I'm no expert on color management just let me get that out of the way right off the bat.
I've tried exporting a few pictures from LR now to Photoshop (CS2) and all the pictures have a much different color they are significantly 'cooler' looking than they are in LR. I've done about 6 or 7 pictures now and they all came out this way.
I went into photoshop which I had set to AdobeRGB (1998) and made sure that it was set to preserve the embeded profiles as well as prompt when opening a picture with a different profile.
Then I went into LR and did another export (LR is in ProPhoto) it prompted about the different profile and I selected to use the original and it still looked cool. Then I went into CS2 and set the color space to ProPhoto there, repeated it, this time it didn't prompt for a different color space but the colors were still very cool compared to LR.
Anyone have any idea where I'm messing this up? If I go to display settings - advanced - color management I only have one profile loaded for my monitor (the supplied one, not a custom).
Thanks for anyone who can point me in the right direction with this, having to process the color twice for each photo will make using LR essentially worthless for me until I can figure out what's going on here.
Thanks,
Kurt
