Color Mismatch Between Lightroom And Photoshop

The culprit revealed.

I tried resetting Photoshop to it's factory defaults (ctrl-alt-shift during startup). The next time I opened photoshop I was presented with an error 'The monitor profile L24TW appears invalid' and I had an option to either ignore it or use it anyways and a check box to save the preferance.

If I select to ignore it, I get the bluish tint. If I 'Use it anyways' I get the normal colors. I don't recall seeing the box before but either I set to save the preferance myself and forgot about it or it somehow got set like that. Either way that was the problem, as long as I use the profile my colors are fine.
