i was on the way home the other night constantly alert as all hunters have to be.;)

saw this beauty sitting on top of a pole and whooped out my always ready camera for a few shots. i was wondering why he kept eyeballing me but let me keep shooting.

when he took off i saw i had disturbed his dinner. that explains the annoyed looks i kept getting.:dv

i have gotten good shots of these birds in the air but this is the closest one has ever let me get.

Great shot Terry. I figure in another 20 generations of Ospreys, they might finally get it that a guy with a camera isn't going to climb a pole and steal their fish. :D
