Hello, I got several other pictures of this ''duck''

I dont want to post them all right now, seeing as I dont know the correct name of this little guy. I was wondering if anyone could help me ID it?
And how do you guy's know which ducks/geese
are what??

I believe it is a Lesser Scaup, Oh sorry Phil already has it. They are also called "Bluebills"
