I was very happy to see them the other day......took a few snaps at them........JPGs straightoutta camera. Did not even bother to shoot in burst mode.
They make a very rewarding target.
I find the 300/400mm lens perfectly adequate for those guys, when they start coming closer to the shore.

I quite like watching these guys when they are about, sadly I've not seen them in over a year. Thanks for sharing them Peter, wonder if I'll see any next season.
