B&W Winter scene

Here is a shot taken a few months back in a snow storm here in the UK. The reason for posting, is that i would to hear peoples opinions. I have no expereince at all in B&W image processing, i hope that it doesnt show up too much here in my post.

I like the building in the background and the theme of the picture. Some thoughts:
1. The tree and the lady and both competing to be the subject (there isn't a clear subject).
2. There are very few shadows, most of the image is midtones and highlights.
3. The top right section of the image isn't doing much.

over exposed too much, too little contrast.
that said I do like it.
resize to 800 pixels for the forum next time please.
