It's always a two way street. I'd love to see you shoot with a 1DMkII camera......because that AF servo works for real.....the 350XT/20D/30D are kinda faking it.

Apr 28, 2007 00:05 | #38 Here you go, a few birds that were too close, but still in focus.
2 Here's what I think of you!
3 Morning Dove in the front yard with 20D and FD500+2x TC and FD/EOS adapter - manual focus.

Ducks are easy Peter although yours and the others here are remakably well done. Try fitting all of a "real " bird in the viewfinder and not clipping his wings

Apr 29, 2007 00:58 | #44 So I figured this out, and posted the last couple of shots. Here's a few more close
2 Northern Pintail
3 Western Meadowlark
4 Brown Pelican
5 Juvenile Male Frigatebird
6 Male Anna's Hummingbird
7 Black-necked Stilt
8 Great Egret (obviously when these are point blank, you can't get them all in frame)

Peter & Wayne lol I don't think I've ever seen so many ducks and certainly not in one thread. Threads like these are great, I'm sure alot of folks get something out of it even if it's just enjoying the fab shots. But in general I think it helps drive people to greater hights and achievements. Cheers Wayne
