Congrats Jim, that is a great shot. Having that women in the foreground of the devastation really makes this photo powerful.

Right... Plenty of varied shots there, well done everyone.

After long consideration, here are the results:-

1st - Grumpyhaggis and "Typhoon", for his portrayal of stoicism in the face of adversity, it's clear from the expression on the woman's face that this isn't the first, or last time this will happen.

2nd - Jim - Flood - a simple "record" type shot, but vividly shows the power of water in full flood.

3rd - DozerLYP - Hurricane - Shows well enough the force of the hurricane in blowing the tree over. I also enjoy the irony of the "No Entry" signs.

Well done everyone. I also liked the shot of the snow on the bird's nest, which vividly shows the effects of climate change.

Well done Jim, Jim and DozerLYP ;):lol:
