With a shot like this would I be better off using one shot AF or Al Servo. My camera is a 350d and this was with the 400mm 5.6 lens. This shot was using Al Servo. One shot should be only for when you want to focus, then re-compose the shot while still holding the shutter button half way. If it moves, use AI Servo or AI Focus and Center Focus Point.
