CS3 Photomerge issue

I've been pushing photomerge a bit it appears. I'm trying to merge 20 shots together for a pano shot and the dialogue box gets up and running, everything fine until you complete the final step for merge and the image closes.

I can't seen to find any documentation on it. Is there a memory limit or something I've missed?
