Straight B&W vs. Conversion...

Not sure if this is the forum for this, but here we go.

I like B&W photography. One of the main draws for me to digital was that I always wanted to do B&W with film, but never had the nerve.

But my question is, do you perfer to shoot B&W in camera or convert from color? What are the pros/cons of each.

convert from colour ALWAYS
that way you have a choice of having colour
Editing a picture into black and white on a computer also gives you more control over the conversion
