R.C. Kinglet ( My best full crest shot )

I got another shot of a male with his crest up. These little buggers are so quick and don't sit still for more than a second or two if your lucky. The conditions were cloudy with a little drizzle but alot of patience payed off . The exif is 1/800 @ f 3.2 iso 800 taken with 20 d and 120-300 sigma @ 300mm. It's cropped about 30 percent for composition ( with them I get no chance to compose while shooting ) . Please let me know what you think. Thanks for looking.

Chris, super shot! I have yet to get a good one of these skittish birds. You managed a great pose, super color and kept ot sharp, well done.

Chris this is a cracker, these are like our Goldcrests and i expect they are quite nippy little birds.
well done on a fine capture.

Great shot! I have never seen one display like this, but then I have never been where they would be defending territories.

What a lovely photo of a beautiful looking bird

Nice capture... it's obvious this little guy is as hyper as our little chickadees, so getting one in a clean shot is hard to do. Very nice.
