Is there a way for edits to CR2 Raws made in DPP to be reflected in the RAW files viewed in Lightroom?

I think there is a way if RAWs are edited in ACR or Bridge with haveing sidecar XMP data, but not sure if its possibe with DPP as its not Adobe?

thanks Rene, I thought so :-(

Any tips on how I could create some presets that would emulate the DPP Picture Styles? Im not stuck to these but do find they are a very good starting point
