Did you get the F-Pro series? I have the B+W 77mm Kaesemann MRC F-Pro Circular Polarizer Filter (not slim) with front threads and have absolutely no vignetting or darkening of the corners at 10mm.

Let me rephrase my answer as I haven't check it in the wide open apertures cause when using the CPL its usually for photos with DOF and smaller aperatures of around f/8 ~ f/13.
