Hi Guys.

was out today when a fellow stoped me and asked me what i was shooting.

Me "Anything i can find that makes a nice Photograph"

Fellow "Follow me" he said.

LOL few hundred meters away standing outside the ladies toilets with my 400mm getting some very strange looks, There he said just at the top of the trunk was a very small hole, and a nesting family of nuthatch's, hope it was not too long winded for you guys.

Thanks for looking.

There both really great shots, the first one though is my favourite, you did really well to get a good exposure, it looks like it could have been tricky with the shadow on the tree.

Thanks pttenn & Mark, yeah was a little tricky, i was on ISO 800 because i was under canopy, The light on the tree was one of the few rays that could get through.

Terrific shot, especially with the light conditions you describe.
