Is there a way in PS or Aperture to print 8 wallet size photographs on one sheet without individually placing them?

yeah, Lightroom or Qimage is the easiest at doing it though

Also, for those without PS, one can use the Photo Printing Wizard that came with your Windows program. It does 9 wallet size per page.
