Don't know that you will find too many at the stores just yet though. Also, the price is most likely for the full version, not the upgrade. IF, it has not already been registered by another person, and it is at least PS7 then yes. although because of this reason older versions tend not to be too "cheap" because most sellers realize that their software is still valuable for upgrade reasons.
