Well, by law in American it is no longer the individual's fault but rather the file share company that created the program.

In short, area, bearshare, morpheus, limewire, etc.

I have purchased and installed Adobe CS3 Design Suite, however I have not removed CS2 as Nik Sharpener and Velvia Vision do not work with CS3 and they are an integral part of my workflow.
