Beautiful shots, every one of them! Poses and colours couldn't be better...BTW, I hate to tell you this but pic#4 is actually a Yellow-rumped Warbler,;)... all the others are of a Palm Warbler. I am really jealous, I have only once seen and photographed this little cutie.:)

NONONONO.... I had one of these in the last thread, and either it got passed over or nobody knew. I'm going to go stand in the corner with Karen and VI.

But I'll take a Palm Warbler too. :D

Well, there was that too, but I think the first warbler in that thread was one of these.

Thanks Keith. Ya, I couldn't believe it. He landed there to grab that bug and I only saw him by pure chance and didn't see the bug til I got it on the monitor. :D

So many warblers, so little time. :D Yep all except one are Palm. That one is a Yellow-rumped. However, they are all excellent images. Very well done.

I haven't seen a Palm yet. I have pretty decent photos of the Pine, Yellow, Yellow-rumped and Black and White. I was out tonight but nuttin' exciting.

Thanks Chris and Ed. When I saw the first one today, with that big redish brown topknot I wondered what it was. My book are useless and show the Palm with a white breast and headbars and a yellow throat. Nothing at all like these guys. Also, these are not from one group, but several places in a quarter mile of wetlands paths. They are all over down there. :)

Thanks Trevor. Every time I go to this place I see something new. The only thing that's missing is the returning ducks and geese. There have been a few, but never any great numbers like in the fall going the other way. I think next will be oreoles. I see the old nests, but not the birds yet. :)
