Trevor (Bromm),was kind enough to show Dan (Snowyowl13) and I where all these great nests are in PEI. We had a great day with a lot of good sightings. Thanks for the tour Trevor, and thanks for driving Dan.

Here are a few of the Osprey shots that I took. I will have some other bird photos in a few days.

Photographs are records of life. Pity they don't make music when you put them in a record player. :p

Very nice series Shirley, #5 is awesome ! I missed that pose . I had a blast yesterday, we'll have to do it again! :D And also a big thanks to Dan for driving!

Edit....hmmm, oh oh, I can see a big difference in your shots with the 30d/100-400 and my XT/100-300.....have to get rid of a few bills so I can start a new canon debt.....

Nice series here, Shirley. I like how they always look right at the camera at least once. :)

Thanks Mitch. Yes, they do have a glaring look when they set eyes on you. I was surprised with how they didn't seem to mind the three of us with our cameras on them.

It was a great day. I learned a lot too. We must do it again.
Just don't sell that lens. In good light you're getting some excellent shots with that.

I missed these. I have most of the same shots but yours are definitely sharper. It must be that lens (and skill)! Nice work! I'll post some eventually.

Hi Dan, It might be the lens but the skill is more like luck. Looking forward to seeing the shots you took.
