While attempting to export some JPG's from Lightroom to upload to costco's online printer, I noticed that Lightroom's "export" function doesn't seem to support ICC color profiles (i have installed the dry creek photo profile for my local Costco and they do show up in the Print module)

Has anyone found a way to Export JPG's from Lightroom with an embedded profile? Is it possible?

To my knowledge, it only supports sRGB, Adobe Rgb and Prophoto profiles. I don't believe there is a way to embed other profiles, sorry.

Only way, it seems at the moment is to run through PhotoShop afterwards. Mayber write a script, or an ction in photoshop to help speed things up.

On the Adobe forums this is a very common request from the users. The idea is that hopefully the Print module will allow for soft proofing and also allow users to save as a jpeg with an embedded profile. The response from Adobe has been positive about the request so keep your hopes up that it comes with the first update.

Adobe seemed to have listened to the photog community since LR beta, so chances are there'll be an update soon. :)
