Glamour Shots Proof Sheet

I recently went to Glamour Shots studio and had a bunch of photos taken. I ordered as many photos as I could afford, as well as the proof sheet of the rest of the pictures. I'm wondering about two things: one, can I legally scan the proof sheet and upload them into Adobe Photoshop so I can have larger copies for my own personal use?

And secondly, has anyone had any experience with this? The photos on the proof sheet are quite small, so will I lose a lot of detail or integrity of the photo if I enlarge them? Are there any special tricks to doing this? Does Glamour Shots use a special paper that might prevent me from doing this? I'm desperate, as I want to E-mail the images to my mother in another country for Mother's Day, but if this project is doomed from the start, I probably won't waste any time attempting to do it. Thanks in advance for any advice on this.

Are you able to save & download the jpegs from the Glamour Shots website? You'll probably get the best resolution by doing that vs. scanning a pic, but you still won't be able to print a very good image. That's why they're lores.
They would be attachable to an email to your mom, but why not just give her the url to the site?

If they are willing to "Publish" them in a public place, then I think you are allowed to make personal use of them.
As I said, " That's why they're lores." & the use will be very limited. Better to give the url to the mother, but since we're well past Mother's Day, the point is moot.
