Is there a way in photoshop or another program to change a black and white photo to color or add color? I looked around and I'm not sure. Thanks for any help on the subject.

More info | May 01, 2007 07:46 | #4 theres a program called Recolor i believe... works ok. you just paint in an outline of color and it fills it in. Try googling it at flicker..im sure theres a group of people there who recolor for a living..lol http://www.theanimalhaven.com
