I wasn't very happy with these but they were taken of the same eagles that Trevor posted from our POTN outing on Sunday. I definitely need better glass and to use my tripod.

Spot metering and the bigger LCD are to two advatages that I've heard of to the 30D over the 20D. Partial metering will do on high contrast subjects like eagles & ospreys especially if the subject is over 75 feet away. For nearer subjects, I use center-weighted average. Nice captures Dan.
