I picked one up last night, and wow! What a difference from an Ultra II 2GB. Get them while they're hot.

Adorama has the Extreme III 8GB for 109.99 + Shipping. Not a hot deal, but some might be interested.

Thats a very good deal on the 8GB, even with their shipping.

Makes one wonder how low the pricing will go. Computer memory has gotten very affordable at the same time.

133 speed is peace, but with these prices dropping and the new 300x/Extreme IV's coming out, i can only hope for a little more drop.

Got 2 2GB 133x so that'll do. BUT I WANT A 4GB!

My understanding has been for awhile that there is very little speed difference between Ultra II and Extreme III. You can check out this link http://www.robgalbraith.com/bins/index.asp (external link)
