thrush (taken threw leaves) +2nd blackcap

hello to all.
now we have leaves on the tree's it makes photographibg the little blitters even harder stealth skills are a must carrying light gear only.
i managed to get this thrush looking threw all the new leaves and branches and then my 2nd blackcap in a week
both images are bigma @ 500mm +1.4 tc monopod
33% crop

I really like the singing Blackcap Warbler but I can definitely appreciate the difficulty in getting photos of the Thrush in all those leaves and branches - nice catch!

thanks dennis, downy yes the black cap is becoming a fav of mine such a lovely song when he get going i would realy like f/f image of him.

Beautiful shots. I like the thrush - can't believe how few of those we see in my area now. A few years ago there used to be lots - but rarely see them now.

i would agree 100% with you although this thrush was shot behind a work yard in the wood . the thrush has visited my garden from early feb but has made an aperance for many years.
