So, I'm thinking of getting the smallest possible Million Dollar Home that can carry a 5D as an everyday carry around. Would that be the 4MDH or the 5MDH?

5 I would say. The 3/4 (both the same size except the 4 is a bit wider to allow for a second small lens) both just fit my 300D.

Hmm, really? Interesting. My brother has a 3MDH that he uses for his XTi w/ 17-55/2.8 IS attached and it seems to me that it should be able to fit a 5D, albeit very tightly.

How about a 5D without grip with a 24-105/4L IS attached? Would I be able to slip that into a 4MDH? Or is there really no way for me to stick a 5D into anything smaller than the 5MDH? I already have a 6MDH so I was kind of hoping to get a small minimalistic bag for carrying just a camera body and attached lens.

(And just for the record: I don't own a 5D yet, I'm rolling with an XTI, but I'd like to purchase a bag around the fact that I intend to upgrade to FF sometime in the future to minimalize my bag purchases)

Bump. Anyone?

There must be some 5D owners out there that like to use a minimalistic bag that holds only their 5D and their attached lens. So, if that's you, what bag do you use? It doesn't have to be Crumpler, just give me some suggestions. :)
