Had more success at getting a couple of shots of this little fella today. He's very hard to catch. Both shots taken with Sigma 300mm F2.8 and 1.4x tc. C&C welcome.

i also like the look of #2, and I know how difficult they are to photograph, they are all over the place, never staying in one place for more than a few seconds....well done.

very nive kev is this a scruffy adualt or young also if you dont mind whats the 300 2.8 lens like ive just came in and the bigma shooting 300mm @ 1/60 the 2.8 would be very handy.

Could be a female. When they've finished raising a brood they can look a bit dowdy. These are tough critters to shoot, so WD.
