Hi all,

Not sure if everyone has seen this, but there are some bugs that have been discovered in PS CS2 and CS3 as well as Elements 5.x

These are potential security threats.

The general advice is to not open .png or .bmp files that have been sent to you by unknown sources, or that you have come across on the net. As far as I know, there haven't been any instances of machines being compromised as a result of these bugs, but it's always a good idea to be cautious - hopefully a patch will be quickly forthcoming from adobe.

Hmm! there was a security update for CS2 sometime last year I think. I know I ran the updater at the time.

More 'pain' from using mainstream software

That was a great meal ~ you must have a good set of pans :p
