I'm about to get a lens, the discount would help a great deal.

buying 24-70 new is a good idea, you'll get a ton of use out of that lens and warranty is definately worth the $200 extra cost over a used lens. :)

yeah I noticed that the 24-70 was $1078 shipped brand new from B&H.

I see a ton of people trying to sell used 24-70's used for $1000, and people are actually buying!! crazy
